Our Car Spray Painting Process
Step 1: The inspection will be conducted in order to mark areas where the damage is located.
Step 2: Any emblems, lights, or trims that affect the quality of our work will be removed. We can also repair & fix damaged areas.
Step 3: We will use tape or masking film to hide areas that will not require painting. After the area has been cleaned, we will use wax and/or grease remover to help paint the area.
Step 4: Before painting, we will wipe down any remaining dust and particles using a clean cloth. After drying, we apply 2 coats of clear coat to the surface.
Step 5: The car paint will then be thoroughly baked in our Low-bake Oven for around 20 minutes. This will help with the drying process and promote adhesion.
Step 6: We will remove the masking tape and then refit the whole car together.
Step 7: One of our team members will connect with you to collect your vehicle once pre-delivery car wash is done.
